Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

Harper East offers free USPS Standard Ground Shipping on all orders over $50! Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of order placement. Orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped Monday through Friday from our home office in Tampa, Florida. We do not process or ship on weekends or holidays. Free shipping is offered only to orders being shipped within the Continental U.S.

Expected arrival dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Although we will work our hardest to get your order to its destination by the estimated arrival date, if you do need to guarantee delivery by a certain date, we recommend upgrading to either the UPS 3-5 day or the UPS Overnight Shipping options.

Overnight orders will arrive by the next business day if the order is placed before 11AM EST on a business day. Orders placed after 11AM EST will be shipped out the FOLLOWING business day. All overnight orders are delivered via UPS Monday through Friday only. Overnight delivery is only an available option for orders within the Continental U.S.

After your order is placed, 2 emails will be sent if a valid email address was entered during checkout. You will receive a confirmation order stating that your order has been received; this email will include an order number for your reference. The second email will be sent once the order is fulfilled and shipped; this email will include your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:

Our return & exchange policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be included with the returned item.

Please do NOT send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or non-approval of your refund. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 days of the date the returned item was received.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card account, then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@harpereastboutique.com.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for a new version of the same item, please send us an email within 5 days of order arrival date. Please include a photo of the item and the reason for your exchange at info@harpereastboutique.com. Upon review, we will email you a complimentary return shipping label for the exchange.

GIFTS:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received by Harper East, a gift card will be mailed to you. If the item was not originally marked as a gift item when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will have to issue the refund to the original customer/gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was damaged or defective upon order arrival. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
